• Greet and assist visitors to the office
• Daily schedule production works for next day
• Carry out administative duties such as take accurate minutes of meetings, answer call, reply and sort email, filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
• Coordinate repairs to office equipment and order office or production supplies
• Book travel arrangements for outstation worker
• Submit and reconcile expense reports
• Maintain and update contact list supplies ; supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level ; anticipating needed supplies ; placing and expediting orders for supplies ; verifying receipt of supplies.
• Draft letters or emails on behalf of other office staff
• Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
• Maintain up-to-date employee holiday records
• At least 2 years related working experience
• Minimum SPM qualification
• Language: Mandarin, Malay, English
• Required Skill(s): Computer Literate, Microsoft word, excel, power point etc.
