Job Description

岗位职责:

1、操作后台开启线上通道与配置通道;

2、维护通道与解决各项通道问题;

3、维护商户群与商户群的各项问题解决;

4、时刻与供应商 第三方交流 优化问题与解决;

5、每日后台检查商户余额的多少并进行让商户充值;

6、后台提现、上分、下分补单等问题解决;

7、熟悉各项APK的操作流程进行商户对接配置;

8、配合运营操作后台产品上新与更新

9、协助财务专员处理线上商户账目问题

 

岗位要求:

1、年龄 21-35 周岁,男女不限;(会日常英语沟通者)健康状况良好,能适应倒班制;(优先

2、熟练使用ExcelWord Office 办公软件,具备基本的网络知识、打字速度在每分钟40-50字以上;(优先

3、责任心和原则性强,处事公正客观,严谨勤勉,能承受压力,良好的分析判断能力、思维逻辑强;

4、为人诚实本分,细心耐心,接受公司统一管理,遵守公司规章制度;
