Job Description

Job Task 

  • Follow up on delivery to customers
  • Generate invoice and delivery order
  • Weekly check on customer p.o outstanding vs customers p.o balance
  • Communicate with customers for any delivery issue
  • Delivery arrangement
  • Co-ordinate with production, packing and store for delivery plan
  • Attend delivery meeting
  • Reply to customer schedule
  • Co-ordinate with sub-con, for transport and schedule
  • Courtesy visit to customers
  • Follow up to production status
  • Maintain document accuracy
  • Prepare monthly report
  • Verify all customers P/Os
  • Monitoring all customers delivery, if have any delivery issue need to attend the meeting
  • Purchase raw material , update records and follow up raw material delivery

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Bachelor Degree, Master's Degree. Required skill(s) MS Excel, MS Office.MS Power Point
  • Required language(s) Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English
  • At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 & ISO 14001:2015, Knowledge and experience in supply chain management would be an added advantage
