Officer (Marketing Department)
Basic Salary Range starts from RM 2500 – RM2700 , meal allowance RM100, travel allowance RM150 or parking lot , insurance coverage , dental & optical benefits , Incentive bonus pay twice per year and annual wage supplement, SRC activities, eg gym, etc. 5 days per week, working hours 8.30 am to 5.30pm
- To support on pricing structure and new standard price list.
- To maintain and update eCRM system on customer contact list, SPP promotion list, product discontinue & price list and etc.
- To support on direct account sales on quotation and sales inquiry.
- To provide sales coordination function to direct customers.
- To handle incoming call from customers and manage the inquires effectively.
- To handle customer inbound fax enquiries / calls and update new contacts /information into
- CRM database. • To support general incoming sales inquiry and generate quotation
- To provide training sales coordination function to customers.
- To assist on Omron training course coordination and arrangement. • Any other duties that the management may assign to you from time to time.
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Marketing or equivalent.
- 2 or 3 years working experience as sales support or administrative.
Core Functional Knowledge
- Basic Statistical with Analytical knowledge with experience in Marketing (price / quotation / costing)
- MS Excel • Proficiency in Microst Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint
