- Develops and implement strategic sales plan to meet or exceed the revenue objectives.
- Produce annual business operation plans – monthly, quarterly and annually targets for revenue and profit.
- Excellence Sales Operation Plans, create effective branding/promotion program for company’s house-brand products.
- Possess market intelligence, result oriented in market visits, competitor analysis and recommendations.
- Bachelor’s/Professional Degree in marketing or equivalent.
- 5 years of relevant sales & marketing in RO/Mineral Water industries with track record of client’s network within the local/regional market chains.
- Experience sales & marketing personnel in FMCG, Food & Beverage industries are welcomed.
- Proven strategic mind-set, excellent negotiation skills, a dynamic team-player.
- Capability to create effective marketing program to identify the new selling strategy and prospects.
Remuneration and commission package will be negotiated based on both the company’s budget and the successful candidate’s experience, profile and expectations.
