Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure food safety management system is effectively implemented, maintained and continual improvement
- Handling audits from government officials, customers and other certification bodies.
- Lead and train quality team to achieve customer requirements and compliance with government & FSSC requirements
- Work closely with purchasing staff to establish quality requirements from external suppliers
- Response to customer complain and conduct investigation
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in Food Technology / Food Science / Biotechnology
- 3- 5 year working experience in food manufacturing industry especially have experience in process control, trouble shooting experience,handling customer complaints.
- Can work independently and also part of the teams
- Food Safety, GMP, root cause analysis and process improvement
- Understanding of FSSC requirement & auditing skills, proactive & aggressive
- With strong troubleshooting skill and able to meet tight schedules
