Job Description

1. Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects

2. Responsible for meeting customer requirements through prompt service while establishing and

identifying potential business opportunities

3. Oversee all ongoing projects and arrange for a kick-off meeting with team members to ensure that

the projects approach, objectives and responsibilities have been effectively communicated and

acknowledged by team members

4. Identify the possible risks of the project and perform risk management to minimize the risk of the

project

5. Prepare a project plan structure based on the suppliers’ project deliverables

6. Perform project plan maintenance to incorporate updates and changes to the master plan

7. Ensure that all supplier deliverables and project documentation are promptly prepared by Project

Engineer

8. Define, schedule and accurately estimate every team member’s tasks duration and maintain a

realistic schedule for the entire project

9. Manage and ensure successful delivery of the project including ensuring all team members are on

track with project requirement, deadlines and schedules

10. Manage and support the transition of the project into the operational environment

11. Ensure all projects are delivered on-time within the scope and budget

12. Report and escalate to management as needed when facing serious issues with the project

13. Manage and ensure project sign-off is undertaken in an appropriate manner

14. Interface with Project Engineer to ensure the project file is updated and filed properly for internal

reference

Requirement

• Required at least Bachelor's Degree/Professional Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic),

Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or equivalent

• At least 4 years of working experience in related field

• Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies

• Knowledge of automation and industrial process

• Knowledge of computer science, electronics and electricals

• Knowledge of Vision Module and Machine Integration will be an added advantage
